Trigger WhatsApp messages from Shopify events

Step 1 — Your Shopify store

Enter your store domain so we can match orders to contacts

Step 2 — Add Webhook in Shopify

Go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Notifications → Webhooks → Create webhook

Webhook URL (add for each event below)

/api/shopify/webhooks

Order Created

Shopify event: orders/create

→ order_created

Order Delivered

Shopify event: orders/fulfilled

→ order_delivered

Order Cancelled

Shopify event: orders/cancelled

→ order_cancelled

Abandoned Cart

Shopify event: checkouts/create

→ abandoned_cart

Step 3 — Create Automations

Go to Automations → New and select a trigger like "Order Delivered". WaSaaS will send the WhatsApp message automatically when Shopify fires the webhook.

Example flow:
Order Delivered → Wait 2 days → Send "Review Request" template
